Warner Home Video has announced “A Nightmare on Elm Street Collection” for Blu-ray release on March 5. The 5-disc set will include all 7 original Nightmare films. Freddy is THE ONLY evil character that frightens me. Most horror movies (these days) are rather gory than scary. I don't see how gore equals scary. I can stand seeing a guy have his head chopped off, but seeing a woman turn into a cockroach while slowly being tormented is on another level.
