Okay...after seeing some set photos, I'm psyched to see this Noah's Ark film starring Russell Crowe, Jennifer Connelly, and Emma Watson.

Crowe looks bad ass!

Looks great! It appears that Crowe's back to his Gladiator glory for this one... which is nice because he's too good of an actor to become a supporting character only. And my homeboy Kevin Durand's in it! Can't wait! :scat:

Paramount has released a new Poster to NOAH!

Quite a fan of Crowe (yes, even virtuosity) and look forward to seeing this

Find it weird that only selected country got a Post 3D conversion though (like Robocop)

Anyone else see this this weekend

Thoughts:

If you are looking for an exact Bible/Torah story you will be disappointed, this is Hollywood people, liberties are being taken! Just have to wait for the PBS version

If you are familiar with Arnofsky two things immediately strike me. 1. the score is his boy clint mansell through and through. 2. the imagery is similar to the fountain.

Over all I enjoyed the movie and being a Arnofsky fan I have no issues with the movie, the one complaint I have were the "stock" images of animals that they seem to have used

The wife and I just got home from watching this  I really enjoyed it! As a Hollywood film, it was very entertaining! I agree with you buddy, if you're expecting this to be accurate YOU WILL be disappointed! I suggest dust off the old Bible and read it! :p The performances were awesome, especially Russell Crowe, as always! He's a bad ass! :scat:

This has become my most must see film of this year. I will of course see Captaib America 2, Amazing Spider-Man 2 & Guardians of Galaxy but that's because I'm a fan of their franchise. This film is appealing because of the story, action and the cast of great actors.

Also, Russell Crowe films are awesome, especially when he is in lead

Yeah...also saw this last weekend and enjoyed it. Agree with previous comments on the movie itself. Highlight was meeting Russell Crowe who was very pleasant and down to earth :scat:
