Just been into HMV to pick up this bad boy. Priced at £24.99.... Needless to say i walked straight back out. Not paying that much.
HMV Ireland want £29.99. No doubt they'll send you a limited edition ex-rental amaray instead
this is the dreaded blind purchase...!
But for £14.31 from Amazon, its too good to turn down

Agreed, at £14.99 I'd probably get it despite not having seen the film; at £20 I'm holding off, considering the Steelbook design is pretty boring.

I use to get my orders shipped on the Saturday or the Sunday with Delivery on the Tuesday
I wont have this until Wednesday or Thursday

It's actualy 1/6 saving by removing VAT (i.e. 16.67%)
If the selling price on Amazon is £20.00 (inc VAT) then the nett price (excluding VAT) is 5/6 of that i.e. Amazon invoice will show £16.66 nett.
UK customer invoice will show £3.34 VAT - export customer shows VAT@0% = £0 VAT
If it was a straight saving of 20% then it'd be £20.00 less £4 = £16.00

Sorry, not wanting to sound like a maths nazi - but I've been sat at work invoicing all day today, and am beginning to be unable to express myself in anything other than fractions or percentages... I'm frazzled

If it wasn't for the early bird pre-order perk, I wouldn't have bothered, honestly why do I have to contact Amazon to remind them to ship my goods? Same thing happened with Robocop. Still no word on this one, if someone put Zavvi's prompt shipment in a blender with Amazon's superb customer service and packaging, you'd have the perfect retailer right there. If they have sourcing issues can they at least inform? Damn...
I think they have the stock, but as we are the free super saver delivery gang, they put away down the pecking order. I pre ordered my copy in February!
The guy that I spoke to on chat said it should be shipped at 10pm tonight.
My order was with super saver delivery, and arrived yesterday evening with 'Amazon Logistics'. The steel itself I believe to be very poor, and worth nothing like £20.
So did Amazon ship your copy? Not a word on mine. Curious to check how long it takes them to ship without a friendly reminder. Non-Stop 4 might be out on a new physical media platform called Turquoise-Ray Steelbook by then...
