Hi I am new blu ray steelbook collector. I have made a few purchases over the last 6months but, I want to extend my collection with not just European releases. I have seen a few novamedia links recently and was thinking of maybe making my next purchase with this company. The only problem is I dont have a clue if they ship stock to Britain or how much the shipping would approx cost. Any help would be appreciated.

Nova Media ship Internationally but the shipping cost will vary according to the total weight and whether you choose K-packet or EMS. K-packet is cheaper but takes a bit longer to arrive. EMS is quicker but more expensive and will be compulsory if the order weighs more than 2Kg.

I always select K-packet and of my recent orders, one containing two steelbooks was charged $18.40 shipping and an order containing one steel $12. Also, for customs, I request that the packet is marked as 'merchandise' rather than 'gift' and choose a value of about $20. Packaging is very good in a sturdy box with lots of bubblewrap for protection. Hope this helps.

My first purchase off them was DRIVE which just arrived this week. For the steelbook plus shipping to me in the UK it cost me £30 altogether.

Wow thats cheap. So when u purchase the steelbook from there site do they send another bill for postage and shipping or does it all get added on once u go to pay for the steelbook? Sorry for all the questions and thanks for ur reply?

It was all added together as soon as I went to pay through paypal.
It gave me a delivery option so I chose the cheapest which was K packet then it just got added on to my bill

has anyone of you guys ever had to deal with nova's customer "service"? i'm just asking because i'm in a never-ending back and forth with a guy from novamedia, which is really worse than zavvi (actually worse than any other experience i've had the last year).
