I agree with some that in comparison to Battle Royale this has less going for it, but I have no issue with the price and will be getting a couple because it looks gorgeous.

Add to that the fact that it is an awesome movie deserving of steelbook treatment for the first time and it's a winner. It makes a hugely refreshing change not to see another re-(re-re)release and I'm willing to welcome that with open arms.

In this crazy world we collect in it is very reasonably priced and I would have paid more for BR tbh. Plus I can't really see this or BR popping up in other countries either.

I would not prejudge different standards necessarily as "complaining" - but hey, if you are personally happy with the deal, what does it matter?

heh i was tempted to do similar but the last few months have been too crazy. Time to pull back a little and remember the rules of engagement
