You can pretty much bet that Zavvi is going to put out their own version GUARANTEED. So just keep in mind that you'll probably end up paying $60-70 now and less than half when Zavvi announces their release.

It doesn`t bother me paying $60-70 for a high Class Steelbook - and that is GUARANTEED:thumbs:

Besides that, ordering a lenticular Steel from MM in a GB will be at least( incl. all Fees and Shipping) around $ 50 - not much difference to a Blufans Steel - IMO

Your probably right about this, Zavvi most likely will release their own copy, for half the price as well, but the question is, will it look as good as the Blufans version and will it be as exclusive? I would say not.

Actually I think they will both be exclusive...Blufans will come with their well known slip and Zavvi will have their well known slash:hilarious:

I'm not telling collectors which version to get, blufans or Zavvi, I'm simply putting it out there. I have all of the blufans exclusives but I don't like paying $60-70 for a steel then all of a sudden, somebody releases it for less than half than what I paid for.
For someone to think that the blufans version can be had for $45 is very very optimistic. You better add another $20 on top of that... At least

P.S.
Besides Lawrence of Arabia, I think this release is the other top dog for steelbook of the year.

Is there a zavvi version of this being released?

Nothing official has been announced but it is inevitable. What I am trying to get to is pretty simple.
"SUPPLY AND DEMAND" if Zavvi already announced a release, blufans wouldn't be able to completely fill the order because of the fact that there's another version out there for a significantly lower price. This would in turn lower the group by prices maybe closer to $40-45 instead of the trending $60-70 pricing. Instead what will happen is what happened with" Wreck it Ralph" all the hype gets elevated and everyone pays the high premium to later finding out that a much cheaper alternative is available. I'm just looking out for the good of the STEEL collectors.

Face off is for 45 $ so i dont think is very optimistic at all.

Face Off is a catalog release.Oz is still considered a new release as with Wreck in Ralph, this has 3D.

There probably will be,just look at WiR

And I think with that, buyers automatically will be more sensible and smarter with their wallets this go around and will probably bring down the demand for this title... Which is good in the long run and that was my whole point in bringing in the future Zavvi release.
