B is gaining ground on A here on HDN voting!

When I posted the steelbook interior picture a couple days ago...

It was 58 to 88 (B:A) = (1:1.52 ratio)

Now it's 98 to 129 (B:A) = (1:1.31 ratio)

:naughty: :thumbs:

I've got news for you... They're not looking at ratios :hilarious:
They will tally the total votes and according to your numbers, choice A has gained 1 more vote since then lol
What's the total tally between the 2 forums now? That is the bigger question.

well of course they're not going to choose based on improved ratio, but the fact that the last 80 votes have been virtually split down the middle means A is no longer pulling ahead of B. This means the vote difference between the 2 choices looks to be a fairly static number. That means the more B pulls ahead of A on Blufans site, the higher the possibility there is for B to pull ahead in total.

It also means that if B is able to gain ANY ground on A here on HDN, B can pull out a WIN! :LOL:

A better win this... I am glad C won't win though, okay with B if that one wins. If B were Crimson Typhoon then I'd definitely pick B. ;)

I would not be surprised, if the poll ended with A and B tied or at least very close, to see Blufans end up choosing B. I think if ends up being really close, they will probably weight the choice of their primary consumer base, the Blufans forum, slightly more.

Either choice is fine with me though, I'm just glad to see a BF version :oohyeah:

Anyone within four degrees of separation from Guillermo Del Toro, can you please try to get him to use whatever pull he has to convince Warner Bros. to go with Blufans' original artwork choice.

Del Toro is a blu-ray collector and I am sure he would strongly prefer the true original artwork choice of Crimson Typhoon on a premier Asian steelbook label.

B just pulled ahead by 1 vote!:LOL:

A = 38.11%
B = 38.27%
C = 23.61%

Well if choice A wins with its cropped and squashed artwork on the front then I guess NO Blufans Pacific Rim for me...:( :ohno:

Come on B.......:cool:

I know some members may have concerns about the choices given but they are only a rough guide as to what the finished design will look like.:)

Man, I hope B wins. I remember seeing that Walmart slipcover and wishing it were a SteelBook. Plus I REALLY want Gipsy on the cover, not Striker. That and I already have cover A as the interior art inside my Future Shop and UK SteelBooks. Whichever option wins, I hope they at least take the second place and use it as the slipbox design.
