Good greif thats steep! 7980¥ = $82 USD.....and thats not even including the insane postage to get it overseas. This does have all the "bells and whistles" I want for this release but even if it were possible to order a copy, I think would have to pass on that price.

I love this movie, but I ain't payin $81 USD plus another $20 USD to ship. I have my limits. I will stick with the FS one. Granted, it may not have all the same extras/goodies, but at $24.99, the price point is a bargain.

I never trust it. They always just look on the page, say it's sold out and that more may be coming. The staff rarely if ever actually know any details, they just worn in the call center.

Still, it may be fully sold out, no telling really... Japan is ridiculous when it comes to anything with an actual Japanese person starring in it from Hollywood. Even a mediocre movie like Babel sold out here in a few days and had to have stock replenished.

That may be true, but I didn't refresh the page at all when it showed as "available from these sellers" (which only included new from Amazon at 5980 Yen). But then I tried to order it and it reported the item as OOS. I figured at the time it might have been a cancellation/cancellations from Japanese trader who dumped his order because it wasn't selling for enough on Yahoo auctions.

I think the last very rapid sellout was Skyfall, and with a print run of 5k, it still took a few days. I still find it hard to believe that 4k sold out in an hour. Not enough people would have even known about it going live for that many to sell out so quickly. It's very strange.
