Finally got a copy that wasn't damaged after cracking open my 4th one from 3 different locations. The "easy return" thing they advertise on their website is a complete lie. Apparently you are completely liable for the damaged product they sell you as soon as you open it/take the shrink wrap off. And "software", which are apparently BluRays as well aren't covered in their open item return policy. So basically if you open it up and it's damaged , you're stuck with it and they'll point to their policy which is printed in small print at the return cash. Would be nice if they sold these with a written disclaimer in the video section explaining such... Anyway, apparently the most they can do after arguing that both copies have came that way is get an exchange... BUT only if they have more copies available (which they didn't till I managed to find one laying around the store). Not even store credit... So I opened it right in front of her and like clockwork, there was a nice scratch underneath the J card... Guilty until proven innocent... Then the sales clerk (two of them mind you from two different stores) start going off on how Future Shop loses because they need to now "write these copies off"... as if it's going to affect their yearly salary bonus... Like gee, if they actually treated these things with an ounce of care, NONE of this would even happened... Crazy world. I'm happy I finally got a good copy for my personal collection and that's it for Future Shop for me! I refuse to support a company that treats a customer like ****...
/FS rant aside, I absolutely love this steelie! The matte finish is of high quality and suits the art very well.
