Bugs me. I'm sure it's just an unintended fault... yet cynical me doesn't think so...
maybe they are cross referencing peoples addresses and telephone numbers, not sure how else they are stopping it as i've tried multiple new email accounts behind VPN's and doesn't work still.Bugs me. I'm sure it's just an unintended fault... yet cynical me doesn't think so...
The code "successfully" applies before the checkout process so it's definitely not that.
I think it's a site wide issue, not independently targeted. I've sent the help desk and inquiry though I'm not expecting a reply this close to Christmas. It's annoying as there are lots of stuff id like to order at the moment.
yeh it applies but no discount is applied to the total. Either there is an issue on their site and they will fix it or they have removed it but their system is still glitched and let's people enter codes but no discount is applied. I'm sure they will sort it out soon.
Newly generated codes aren’t working but if you have a record of an old code you’ve used, that’ll work.
