That art was commissioned by Criterion for their own release, so very unlikely Artificial Eye will use it.
I have this one. I can’t remember what country/site I bought it from, but I really like the art on it. Still kinda surprised there’s not a 4K release for this in the USA.
There’s a 4K release in the US it’s just not a steelbook. I grabbed a copy from Best Buy a few weeks back for $9.99 and threw it in the steelbook I bought from Amazon UK
Didn’t know that. I’ve never seen anything but a blu ray. 10 Bucks is a fantastic deal.

If it's the same image as the previous steelbook , I'll cancel mine for sure ..
I need to get this film, but I hated the original UK release artwork. If this gets the French artwork, I’m in, but I need that artwork confirmation.

Placed straight away yesterday, showing currently unavailable on Amazon atm so don't know if that means sold out there for now.
Glad we're finally getting a Curzon AE 4k release though, I'm pretty certain it is the first - don't wanna get my hopes up but if this means more premium or 4k releases from the Curzon library then that would be fantastic!!

Both Zatochi, and 13 Assassins had HDN review quotes printed on the J cards.
Hopefully Curzon don't reprint the original, there's so many great alternatives to choose from.
Personally I love to see Greg Ruth's designs used, I know they've already been used on the German digi-book but would make a great steelbook too.

What HMV steelbookPrefer the HMV steelbook art personally, that was an insta buy! A slip would be nice though
Previous UK steelbook from Curzon Artificial Eye was a trade wide release available to order from various UK/Ireland retailers
