I bought my first Mondo yesterday. Waiting for it to arrive... quite a special one I think, so will wait for it to arrive before posting pics...
Did you contact Lad? He's a real easy guy to work with and is basically a one man show with 30+ flat files.I could see him getting them mixed up.
I did and he immediately offered full refund, apologies, etc. He nor I were aware of a non GID variant. So he emailed Tim to see what is up. I'm not angry or anything, I was a little peeved, but once I framed it all my peevedness went away. GID or not, I really love that print.
edit - apparently there was a dead patch of GID ink. Sending this one back for a good copy.

A BIG day in the blu house today. My "1A" Grail arrived today. I paid an, imo, obscene amount for this print. More than I've ever spent on a steelbook, but still less than my highest $ art purchase.
