If I remember right for awhile they were using boxes for steels, but I don't know if the switched back to bubble mailers again.

I always got my steelbooks in a bubble mailer. Luckily they were all in great shape.

Interesting, the picture in the link doesn't show the steelbook anymore. I know it used to. Not sure what that means. The price is right for the Steelbook.

On the link for Monsters Inc it does not state Best Buy exclusive or have the same type SKU# as the other steels.

My last few steelbooks received from Best Buy were in boxes, one and two items in each box. All perfect. Two amaray releases I received were in plastic padded bags.

I believe most of them are locked. From memory I think Up, Cars and Monsters Inc are region free but that's the only ones that I remember aren't locked. Pinnochio is definatly region A locked.
