I'm still struggling to understand why Predator needs a 3D make over. Cool cover non the less

The quality of 3D conversions, when done properly, with care, and with expertise, is really amazing. The Wizard of Oz 3D and Jurassic Park 3D are great examples of that. If this conversion is anything like those then I think we'll be in for a real treat. :)

Yeah that would be great but I have a feeling you'll just see a layered effect of foilage in front of arnie's face. It'll be still be cool whatever it is though.

I agree that conversion movies can be amazing. Titanic is ( IMO ) the best 3D film - home and cinema release. Even Jurassic Park is an amazing 3D experience, but all of these films have incredible cinematography and scope that just lends its self to the 3D really well. I can only think of one or two moments in Predator that might look good. Obviously i hope the film just blows us all away in terms of 3D, but with how long it took Fox to get the standard Blu Ray transfer right, i dont have much hope.
