I dont have your answer though. Only knowledge of PoP is that there are 4 versions that I know of... 2 UK ones, this one, and the upcoming DE one.

I know and the answer is unfortunately....no!
It turns out that most NL Steelbook releases don't have the inner artwork.
I just used a nice inside artwork and built it in, like I did with my Tron NL Steelbook.
