Someone on another forum said they're sending theirs back because the 7+ hours of extras are on the 3D disc only. I thought there was a separate Blu-ray disc with the extras on, hence a 3-disc set. Can anyone confirm?

So, what does that mean exactly? A 3DTV is required? Or just a 3D player, while the extras are 2D?

.. On Monday I'm going to marathon my alien anthology boxset so that I can watch this and enjoy it properly.

Started my Anthology marathon last night - god god i'd forgotten how awesome the 1st movie is - so subtle, atmospheric & suspenseful - cant wait to see how some of those unanswered questions are approached in Prometheus

It's ok, seems they'd worded it wrong. The 7 hours of special features are only available with the 3D Blu-ray set, and they are on an extra disc.

Really nice in hand. The shine in the light is a really nice effect. Can't wait to watch it again. I seem to be in the minority but really enjoyed it.

Got mine today, It looks ok in hand but still a little flat for me, it really could have done with a glossy finish. It still looks decent though and there's a lot of content so I'm happy!

That's just a manufacturing mark, mine has the same. A lot of steels have these marks.
