Same thing happened with the "Sonic The Hedgehog 2" SteelBook in Canada which is also a Paramount title which was reported by @MerlinT in that thread.

Here is the photo he provided there.

The Event Horizon SteelBook had the slipcover though which is also a Paramount title.
