I got this one for christmas open and used a couple of years ago.

I've been googling it but can't seem to find it anywhere. It's not the 25th anniversary vhs box. It must be a Norwegian release because the tapes is in norwegian. :p

Anybody seen this before and know something about it?

That picture just tugged at some nostalgia nerve endings inside me. I miss going to the video shop like I did as a kid...

I had a collection of over 1,000 VHS tapes up until about 2 years ago, and in a moment of stupidity when I thought I wanted to be a minimalist, I dumped every single one of them at a tip.

Oh, how I regret that decision.

I've still got 100's of VHS in boxes wouldn't have a clue which titles are sought after now. I believe one could be Panzer Dragoon anime.

King Kong 60th Anniversary Edition! :notworthy:

And my favorite: This RARE and Extremely hard to find King Kong Edition! :notworthy:  (in my eyes, this is the holy grail of VHS tapes!!! :D :emb:) From the info I had gathered when I purchased it, these were ONLY released in South America.

Love the Robocop box.

It takes me right back. I was chatting to some friends about how much I miss video shops and the fun of having a night in with a video. Half the fun was browsing through all the shelves packed with great VHS boxes and reading the back to decipher whether the film was good or not!

You ever heard of Tom 'The Dude Designs' Hodge? He's a graphic artist who does video covers and cinema posters (Hobo with a Shotgun, Wolfcop and loads of the early Arrow releases)

He just released a book about VHS collecting. Trying to find time so we can interview him for the front page and review the book

It looks cool mate, but bloody expensive! I will put it on my wish list and might pick it up if the price drops! I ha e an original exorcist certificate X in the old warner big box with original cast card in side the case! I will have to dig it out and show it off.
