Was okay, maybe a little too long, but good settings and I like car-chases with cheap vehicles from that time.
5/10

Eastern Promises (2007)
4.2/5 - Rewatch. Cronenberg is absolute fire. So much here to get your teeth into. Disturbing and challenging. Film making as it should be.

A group of 5 students from Halle /Germany made a trip through russia to New York with these Ural motorcycles, that Anna uses in the movie.
They made a crowd-funding movie (link) and there´s also a documentary available on DVD on their website leavinghomefunktion.com

Not the best movie with Keither, although it has a quite good story. My awaitings were higher.

AVA 3.5.

Again, I will always like these kinds of movies.

I just signed up for a Netflix subscription so I'm just catching up on some movies from the last couple of years.

So far I've liked the 2 movies I've watched. Honest Thief and AVA.

I like these shorter movies. I'm getting older and my attentions span is getting a lot shorter in this YouTube pandemic age.

1 hour and 20 minutes to 1 hour and 40 minute movies are where it's at now for me. :)

Love And Monsters (2020)

I really liked this. Kind of reminded me of Zombieland.

Decent story and top notch effects. Kind of hoping it gets a steelbook release at some point......

That movie was a hoot in 3D. Nic Cage and William Fichtner were having a good old time. A great, fun B movie.
Haven't seen this in 3D yet only the standard release but it sounds like a must
I'm a fan of most things Cage does if I'm honest but this was real fun :D

William Fichtner is SO FUC****G under*ted !

Agree mate  The first thing I remember seeing him in was Prison Break and he was definitely one of my stand out characters in that, he was brilliant as Alex Mahone.:D

The movie is worth the price of admission JUST for the scene of Fichner (in 3D) calmly exiting a crashing tanker!
