Nothing is clear about the packaging from Synapse, but given their past blu-ray releases this would come in a normal case as a blu-ray/dvd combo.
Arrow would have nice packaging and some extras.
But as listed on the Synapse website, their the best edition in terms of quality ans extras... check it.
