Nothing is clear about the packaging from Synapse, but given their past blu-ray releases this would come in a normal case as a blu-ray/dvd combo.

Arrow would have nice packaging and some extras.

But as listed on the Synapse website, their the best edition in terms of quality ans extras... check it.

- All-new 2K transfer of the uncensored edition, containing additional footage not found in the original U.S. theatrical release. The Blu-ray will be 1080p widescreen in the aspect ratio of 1.78:1

- The digital restoration of film materials supervised by Synapse Films and Reliance Mediaworks (formerly Lowry Digital), exclusive to Synapse Films

- All-new DTS-HD MA 5.1 Surround Mix, made specifically for the Synapse Films release

- Digitally Remastered Original 2.0 Soundtrack

- Synapse Films exclusive audio commentary with director Joseph Zito, moderated by Mondo Digital's Nathaniel Thompson

- HATH NO FURY - DOLPH LUNDGREN AND THE ROAD TO RED SCORPION - Video Interview with Dolph Lundgren

- ASSIGNMENT: AFRICA - An All-New Video Interview with Producer Jack Abramoff

- SCORPION TALES - An All-New Video Interview with Special Make-Up Effects Creator Tom Savini

- Original On-Set Behind-the-Scenes Video Footage

- Animated Still Gallery

- Extensive Liner Notes on the Making of RED SCORPION by Jérémie Damoiseau

...and they´re still working on some other extras.

PS - Can´t post the link because of forum rules (this is my third post), but go to the Synapse website and you´ll see the info above.

01- If you only want some cool packaging, get the German steelbook.
02- If you only want some cool packaging/extras, get the Arrow version.
03- If you only the best edition technically, get the Synapse version.

04- If you can´t get enough of Red Scorpion... get all of them
