To each their own, the most important thing is everybody is happy with their choice ;)

I also don´t like the dots on back of slip A, but otherwise it looks pretty good. Lenti effect is great and I like lenti overall, but I just need to continue with my Fullslip line so Im more than happy with my choice of slip B even though it´s still not here, but looking forward to it :coffee:

Nova has turned to Zavvi tactics and needs to create artificial demand in order to try and sell there exclusives. How can every edition be back in stock? They did this with Kill Bill vol. 1 and 2 and they took a long time to sell, there is still a Vol. 2 Lenti edition in stock. Same with GOTG which still has the Lenti in stock. I don't think they even bothered with The Grey which will still be in stock when the dinosaurs return. I don't really like any of the slips but the steel itself is quite nice looking in some picks, I may try and grab a 1/4 slip in 6 months when you can probably get one for around a $20. I think Star Wars:TFA was their last release that a group buy or immediate order was necessary.

I got Full Slip A and the 1/4 Slip today:

I was hoping the white base color would be a bit more "clean", whereas it's got a light grayish complexion. Still, I like the steelbook.

Unfortunately, the spine's not sitting centered in the tray and to make matters worse, the actual print is misaligned, too. While the first issues could be rectified (if I unsealed 1/4 slips), the second can't. I really hate such spine misprints, those drive me nuts even though I'm usually not OCD. Tough luck, I guess.

By the way, Nova didn't send matching numbers this time:

Not that I care much, but it was nice while it lasted.

... and of course I need to contact Nova about the Full Slip, some of you may have already spotted it in the first picture:

:wtf:

Apart from that issue, the slip is cool, too. Has a nice textured feel to it.

Looks like I'm the only one with poor embossing then, which is a good thing I suppose lol.

Anyone know how Nova usually handle these types of situations/complaints?

They are quick and helpful. Send them some pictures and you will have an answer within the next 24 hours.
Most likely they offer to send you a replacement with your next order.

I'd forgotten all about this but I'm not going to bother checking my tracking number beyond the initial check just now - the info never seems to change from 'Origin post is preparing shipment" .
