Now amazon have skyfall and the fact that zavvi, sainsburys and amazon now have taken 2. This must turn up somewhere soon, so fingers crossed
Because of the timing, Amazon etc. will probably have sent out the regular amaray editions before the RE deal was concluded.
I'd suspect they'd rather wait now until all of those have been opened by customers making it harder to return them for the steelbook edition. Maybe once they're confident they won't be inundated with returns someone will offer it.

Someone on blu-ray.com got a tweet from @SonyPicturesUK
"Hi! Resident Evil: Retribution steelbooks should be going into HMV stores next week."
Hopefully it's true! Makes sense as Sony were said to be helping support HMV.

That is good news to hear, I just hope that they put back up the website soon it's 40 min car ride to a shop for me if not.
That would be great news. Will ask at my local HMV tomorrow and see if they have any info.
I have this pre ordered with HMV before they went bust. Will they ship? or do I have to get it from the store if it gets released?
All the pre-orders were cancelled so you will have to get it in store.
I also had it on pre-order with HMV and got this email last week:

So it looks like the store will be the only chance it seems.
Just came back from my local HMV store this morning and had one of the members of staff check for me regarding the Retribution blu-ray steelbook.
And after a few mins he came back and told me that they WILL have stock out for sale next week.
He would not give me a price as he said it was not booked onto the system yet.
So hopefully looking good!

That's what I'm hoping, so i'll be back to my local HMV store when they open on Monday morning!
Finally I am going to visit some HMV store which I was never able to this year due to being stuck to my work desk.
