I don't know where else to post this, but I thought I heard something a while back about a Czech steelbook/futurepak for Riddick. There were also supposed to be several Asian releases. Did they ever happen? I'm only aware of the UK, French, and German steelbooks.

I did a little research and found that there were supposed to be at least a Czech steelbook and a Korean one as well. But no one has posted a thing about them. Were they cancelled?
