Got mine yesterday with a nice big dent under the J card.

Fired off a query (with attached image) shortly thereafter to Zavvi cs, and this morning they offered me the infamous 15% discount, although I clearly said in my initial query that I wanted a replacement. I denied and reiterated my request, along with a short rant about their new crap packaging.

At least you got yours. It's listed as sold out at the moment as well and I've got to wait about three days more before I can query it. If it is truly sold out, then I'll need to get a copy elsewhere and I'm not paying eBay prices that's for sure

Got mine today. It was in the same mailer, but the mailer was sealed differently. Anyone else get this?
One edge was flat, seemingly giving the box a little more structure

Both arrived without damage, one has a shrink slash but not through to the metal.

No dents under the j-card (this one anyways)

yes mine just arrived and it has a dent in middle i live in USA so its not worth sending it back or getting a refund especially when it seems they are sold out. I had a dozen steelbooks come in the old packaging none of them were dented

Zavvi need to change the packaging. I am very lucky that this one came in mint condition.

Contact them anyway and let them know. It's important they know how many of these are turning up damaged, that's the only way they'll change this shoddy packaging.

I don't know what to believe with this "sold out" issue. I was hopping to buy this tittle in August, as I don't have any money now.

I guess that it's what I'm exposed. Not my favorite disney movie, but I hope it gets back in stock at some point.

I love the fact that it has spanish language.

i think i was lucky, i bought mine just before it sold out... i was in two minds, but after months of regret for missing out on kick ass 2 and frozen, i wasnt going to let it happen again with this

I hope your right chip. That would be the smart logical thing to do. Unfortunately they will just end up posting them on zavvi outlet for an increases price. And then tell people that receive them damaged, sorry we don't have any left.

ok after sending pic they only offered me 15% instead of a full refund for my damaged product and they are saying this is sold out i find that hard to believe amazon has better customer service but i love disney steals
