Just been chatting to Elliot Cardona (the guy who designed the artwork) and he confirmed that this has "a matte finish with a Pantone red and embossed lettering." Shame it's not gloss, but I can live with it being matte because I like the artwork so much. Can't wait for this one!

I have contacted HMV for a refund, will be returning it on Monday.

Seriously gutted for you and anyone else that got done over by this.

Bar a few steelbook exclusives coming out, I never deal with HMV. Always been a Mickey Mouse, over priced, backward thinking company.

The only good thing was the online store in the UK and now that's gone.

Got the steelbook but the shrinkwrap is ripped to crap, so I've effectively received an open copy.

Steel and jcard are ok though

I am probably going to give up the search for a cheap Rush steelbook, I like the movie and the steelbook but it's not that high on my "omfg do want" list.
