Additional info from Noodles

Just been chatting to Elliot Cardona (the guy who designed the artwork) and he confirmed that this has "a matte finish with a Pantone red and embossed lettering." Shame it's not gloss, but I can live with it being matte because I like the artwork so much. Can't wait for this one!

Any idea how you contact HMV Ireland to get an actual response, filled in the contact us form on the website twice (on saturday and sunday) and not had any form of response.

Of course it is possible that being an internet site, they have no or minimal staff in on weekends to answer e-mails.

Still no sign of mine being dispatched.

Its a Bank Holiday today in Rep of Ireland
Staff will be limited today

No postal Service today also so any post sent on Saturday/Sunday/Monday wont be dealt with by Rep of Ireland Postal service until Tuesday

I had a friend in the UK order me a copy. He received it today. Good news is that it was a steelbook, bad news is that it was second hand. It arrived unsealed and damaged. Unreal! Needless to say, this will be going back.

Received my order today. It was a steelbook! :) however it arrived unsealed and although there was no postal damage (for a change), the steelbook itself has minor but noticeable scuffs and scratches :(

Just about to fire a quick email to them but I think I'll be sending it back.

Doesn't say that in their listing though, what happens for the people that aren't members of HDN or other forums? :wtf:

Mine is at the Sorting Office but I am under no illusions that I will be getting ex-display stock. If it had been sold as this, at a reduced price, then most people would not now be sorely disappointed. Depending on the damage I will either ask for a partial or full refund, don't think I could trust them to send out a replacement.

Fingers crossed for you mate!
