Just been chatting to Elliot Cardona (the guy who designed the artwork) and he confirmed that this has "a matte finish with a Pantone red and embossed lettering." Shame it's not gloss, but I can live with it being matte because I like the artwork so much. Can't wait for this one!

As long as they refund in full, I'd say the gamble is worth it. Getting a mint Rush steelbook for £19.99 is an absolute bargain.

I have Rush already, but if my Kick Ass 2 steelbook turns up mint, then I'll be overjoyed. If not, it'll go back for a refund and I haven't lost anything.

Very true mate, but the refund / return / partial refund process is basically void as they ignore all your emails once it's shipped!

That's the concern,

However, I can be quite persistent and quite persuasive when companies try and screw me.

I was advised to return the amaray by simply crossing out my name and address and highlighting the return address (under my address on the label) and it will be sent as return to sender.

Sent a message via the contact form and within an hour had the email requesting the invoice number info which was nice to see such a speedy response, see what happens from there as they surely only have X amount for replacements given how many requests for them they must be getting now between replacements and outstanding orders
