Additional info from Noodles

Just been chatting to Elliot Cardona (the guy who designed the artwork) and he confirmed that this has "a matte finish with a Pantone red and embossed lettering." Shame it's not gloss, but I can live with it being matte because I like the artwork so much. Can't wait for this one!

Just wondering how long have they been taking to refund ??
I've been waiting ages now and with what I paid for the original order and then postage for returning it i'd probably have been better off going over to ebay and spending my pocket money !!
My refund was processed the same day they replied to my email (though this was for the Sucker Punch 2 muck-up rather than Rush). Have you tried emailing asking when your refund will be processed/what the delay is?

I tried multiple payment methods none completed, all were on hold, they took paypal mastercard payment - eventually was refunded - but I won't use again in a hurry.

Even though I was one of the lucky ones who received a sealed Rush Steelbook, and Kick-Ass 2, I'll never deal with the company again due to their total haphazard approach. It wasn't that they messed up but the fact that they messed up on so many different levels![emoji35]

Me too, I have never seen such pathetic service before - and I'm a Vodafone customer! :hilarious:

I'd say Vodafone were the best of a bad bunch, having tried all of them but 3 before I switched to Vodafone. The fact that they leave me alone for 99% of the time is a winner for me!

Back to topic, fortunately I got an (open) Kick Ass 2 steelbook from these guys, and a fellow Ninja picked up a sealed Rush steelbook in store for me... I will never even look on their website again... Unless they start advertising The World's End :hilarious:

Cheers guys,i'm just gonna keep emailing them till i get a response.
They said that they would refund me in full but yeah I ain't gonna use them again, this whole fiasco with Rush and Kick Ass 2 is just laughable and to think I contemplated ordering Kick Ass 2 aswell, glad I didn't now.

Damn someone found my secret horde ... I was planning to sell it off to make millions :p

Glad I never paid the high eBay prices when I got my copy. Hope everyone who needs a copy gets one!

I'm heading out to the USA in 4 weeks (for halloween!) if anyone there wants a copy. Its showing as 5 left at the moment. If you place an order and there's no stock you haven't lost anything if they refund promptly. As long as you keep a slightly pessimistic attitude if you do receive a copy you'll be well pleased!

Where is it you see how many are left in stock? I don't see where that information is? just purchased two, one for a Christmas present and one for myself… always loved the design but never wanted to pay the asking prices for it, but this price seemed fair. I actually haven't seen the movie - It looks interesting though!

Thanks!
Lloyd
