I’ve got a feeling it’s going to be better. Or at least their slips will be. I actually like the manta steel even though it’s heavily edited and zoomed in. I doubt their beauty shots will be out before mantas pre order date but at least it does give others peace of mind that there is another version coming along potentially 2 so they don’t have to FOMO or panic buy something they aren’t fully impressed with next Friday

Could be wrong but I really expect this to be an easy win for Weet, the only thing I like from the Manta release is the steel and it just meets the minimum standard of what I expect from them, everything else looks very average. They're just mock ups so maybe they'll be nicer in hand but it's the film's popularity carrying the release, not the actual set which shouldn't be the case for a premium.

It's good news either way, Manta will be easier to order directly, by about 10 seconds, and WeET might look better.
I'm getting both, well, signed up at a GB already, so...

Good to know that even seasoned collectors don't really know, so its not just me.

I'm sure it's the licensing windows and agreements. No company in their right mind does this of their own free will.

I actually prefer the WWA 4K steel art compared to this which is a mix of the that front and the OC art.

Comical how much better this is overall than Manta's imo. I had zero interest in that, owning the original HDZ SL, but I'd happily buy WeET's A1. That's about the best slip and steel combo of artwork for this across all 4 premium releases.
