I'm tempted by the film (as it's the only Saw that I actually enjoyed). However, have you got a example shot of the banner/ cover art of a film with banner? I'm not familiar with that

personally i have to say that i like this kind of banner much more than a regular blu-banner but of course i would prefer no banner.

This is similar to all the other waves - too much writing on the front, printed back, matte finish, probably pass for me. Will have to wait for another release.
