Fairness, rights and my 2 pennies

I understand everyones beliefs about who should get, post counts, members showing up to get a copy and sell etc. but i dont want everyone tarred with the same brush so to speak.

I have collected steelbooks for a few years now, pretty much just UK releases and even at that of films that i liked or wanted to get anyway, rather than looking into rarity or print runs. I started to use the website bluraysteelbooks.com to find out about releases coming up, but still did not join up to the forums. over the last 6 months i have branched out a bit, and have imported 4 steelbooks, not a huge number but something i did not think i would ever do when i started collecting.

After my 3rd import i decided to look into the forums, i thought it would be good to find out more information about various steelbooks. i still mainly usee it to find out about UK releases, but there are some things like pixar films and tarantino films that i would like a steelbook collection of, and for thati thought it best to join up to the forum.

i have only been on a few weeks, and i don't want to go to the level of post spamming to become eligible for group buys. neither am i interested in getting a copy and pawning it off. all my steelbooks are for me. If this was to be something like Pixar or Tarantino, something high on my list, i would want to be considered and eligible as much as the next man, regardless of posts and length of membership, but i understand other peoples thoughts.

I had not realised there was a ninja membership until reading the posts on this topic, but signed up as soon as i did. £16.66 for a lifetime, to help a site that in 1 month has given me so much more knowledge of planned release and release dates is more than fair, but i just wanted to say that not all us new members are looking to make a quick buck or squeeze in on limited releases just to vanish again.

there's lots of things i'd like this to be, but can see it being wreck it ralph or face/off as an extra 500 from the blufans print run (like the ES jack reacher was the same as was released elsewhere around the globe). snooloui seems to be downplaying it a bit, which makes me think it can't be wreck it ralph as so many people are keen for that. so... face/off is my guess.
EDIT: maybe not, as the face/off released date hasn't been confirmed from what i can see in the thread for that. first pokemon movie please

yh it could be.

They did say numerous time that WIR is and should be the only release in steelbook.

And Face off blufan is meant to be available from June as ES wont be doing that becuase there doing H &G with FNAC.

apparently the first one got released over here in september 2011, although i've never seen a copy in any stores i've been in. cheers for that though, might have to pick those up at some point
