Hopefully there's some truth in Zavvi testing out new packaging. It doesn't really matter if their customer service stinks as long as they send it and it is well protected. I can't remember the last time I had to return anything to Play.com for example so hopefully their customer service won't come into it.

Flimsy cardboard mailers and a £23 steel? The thought nearly makes me sick.

The only good thing is that maybe the publishers recognize that zavvi is not the best retailer to distribute their steels because no one or only a few are buying them

The price WILL come down ... I know the price and it'll come down quite a bit actually.

The front will be embossed.

And, packaging will be better!
