Well after a lot of thinking I got rid of my Blu box. The fact they cannot even ship everyone's orders out on four clean weeks is truly astonishing....
These are not delays because they need to get it all together. This is simple Bull Sh**.
No priorities to get these shipped. It's as if they are returning back from their 9-5pm jobs, boxing a ten a day, and then
arranging Hermes to collect them.
The product wasn't great.
Money collected way in advance. 2 delays.
Can't even get the 1 click numbers right for christ sake lol.
People still waiting for their orders 4 weeks later. Now they cannot even face the music and go all silent after using HDN to hype and promote their product. Now it's gone tits up they disappeared like a coward.
A complete and utter embarrassment.
There is no trust or incentive for me to support them any further.

What is so ironic I was willing to give them another chance, even after all these mess ups. But the breaking point for me is that members are still waiting 4 weeks later with no indication when theirs will be shipped..
So @Wreck told us to give them a couple of weeks and cut them a bit of slack. Fine. So we all give EB a bit of space as from Sir Wreck's recommendation. Now it's four weeks later, here we are again....
It's almost like you got a bunch of kids operating in their living room and having no clue at all what they are doing and only pouncing on facebook when spoken to.
But opposite to you I actually got my Blu box, but that doesn't mean I'm happy at all. It's the over all picture I am seeing of this embarrassing retailer that has made an embarrassing first impression.

As a result, I now just have the full slip to get rid of which I can't even get rid of because EB can't even get rid of theirs

Another customer down the drain.

The added insult is that I even sold my lovely SOD CA steel for this

To those of you that would always chime in saying "Be Patient, Be Patient", I'd like to hear you say that now after EB is gone pretty much and if you still don't have your stuff, good luck with that being patient "zen therapy" crap now. To those that have given up on being patient and are demanding either some kind of response or your item in your hands, I hope that you get your stuff very soon, I really do. If it were me though I would have rescinded the charges to my CC and said to hell with EB. Well actually I've already said "to hell with EB'! I'm not having anything to do with them at this point, no Mummy and no other future releases whatsoever.

I was hooked up to my Conviction Meter the last time that I said, "Be Patient." The meter registered a 90% out of 100%.
I still say, "Be Patient" but my Conviction Meter now reads 40% out of 100%.

Well I have no interest in supporting them to fund and cock up future projects. It's bad for steelbook collecting. Gives a bad name for HDN to allow them promote their products here. Certainly not good for new collectors and gives a bad impression of the premium market.

I am of course disappointed with how this release has gone. Not so much from my own point of view - I wasn't in any particular rush for it - but the fact that there are many others that ARE already totally disillusioned with EB means that the future is in doubt.

Why is it so problematic for a UK supplier to offer premium release steelbooks? With such a big steelbook market here you'd think it'd be a no brainer???
