I gotta ask, why the fascination with the slip, why not just buy the amaray with a slip? They stick out like a sore thumb among all the steels

Yeah, really nice slip, Ash goes well with the Steel design. I wish they'd do more in the US...while the edges remain bare, it does protect the rest of the Steel, imo.

I liked this edition as soon as I saw the pictures, but when I saw it in hands then i love it this is one of the best steelbook editions in my collection, this slip is simply amazing, pictures are not able to show this beauty in all its glory.

It is impossible. This steelbook is perfect. Zavvi only reuses existing cover art and none come close to this steel.
