Hope I have this in the right place. I'd like to get some hard cases for my more valuable steels. They seem hard to get. A seller on Ebay Germany is selling them, but won't ship to Canada. but was unable to get any. Can anyone help?:(

yeah, SCF2 fit Blufans PACIFIC RIM perfect. SC6 will looks like it wants a big one plus a booklet or something!
It will not hold something like a big tin (Band of Brothers). So I still have nothing(!) in my (very large) steelbook collection that says "SC6 was meant for me!"
The SC6 Jumbo Slip/Steel Hybrid:
I found a perfect and absolutely brilliant practical use for my SC6s! (And solved a very real problem!)
Very often I have to set aside my Blu-ray versions of movies that I have recently acquired on Steelbook. If everything is redundant (movie & extras), I might as well just go ahead and sell them. The problem is - some Steelbooks don't port over all of the special features from their BD slip versions(and sometimes none at all. And sometimes bouncing them down to SD).
Case in point: I have a great two disc Blu-ray slipcover edition of Casino Royale. It has a TON of extras that are in HD over 2 BDs.
I also have the great Steelbook version of Casino Royale from Germany. This has SOME extras, but it is one 50GB BD and can only hold so many extras. So I obviously want to have both editions.
What I discovered is- I can perfectly house the Steelbook and the Slipcover edition inside an SC6 perfectly for one beautifully packaged edition! (Pics below)
This is fantastic because this unique situation has happened with quite a few more of my Steels and Blu rays (I can already think of the Canadian BD Lenti slip of Pan's Labyrinth with either the Mondo or the original German Steel.) Now I can make this beautiful hybrid! And they fit like a glove! (Not tight, not loose- perfect).
Voilà!

*Note- If you are worried about the Slip scratching the Steel- the SC6 will accept a Polybagged Steel and Slip no problem. (Assuming you are using real Steelbook poly bags and NOT some thick-ass cut rate homemade Hefty sandwich bag version!).

Hey @KingSteelie great to see you :) looks like lolwut had it covered.

Eagerly awaiting the f3s! Will free up a lot of f2s once I get them :p keep up the great work :)

Hey dude, you can fill your F2's with more filmarena fullslips:thumbs:

Do you fancy being SC's guinea pig? :) need a US collector to try our new SCF1's 2's and 3's, we are receiving our batch of samples this week. The folding line has been improved to make them easier to fold.

Also if we made an SCF to fit naked steels for a tighter fit, would you be interested?

That sounds a great idea, do you have many jumbo steelbooks in the US?

I guess The Walking Dead ones (so they tell me- I really have no Jumbos to speak of from anywhere). I happened to have this size by accident. I really needed the SCF2s for my larger Blufans (like Pacific Rim) and thought the SC6 were the size I needed. Oops!
Well, finally found a great use for them!

@KingSteelie sure man, I don't mind at all! I'd be honored :p I have 2 full slips already with no case :( awaiting f3 release lol

As for a tighter fit, some people might like that. But for me, the scf1 is perfect for my needs

Yeah jumbos are not very popular, although I have 12 in my collection most people may only have 1 or 2 in the UK. We are going to make a fully enclosed jumbo/oversize fullslip so fullslips that are too big for SCF2 will fit in there as well as jumbo steels. It's great you found a use for the SC6, did you get any of the SCF2's?

Yep! The SCF2s fit the large Blufans like a glove! (Snowpiecer, Pacific Rim).
And I just used anoth SC6 for a hybrid PAN'S LABYRINTH German Steel+Canadian Lenti slip!
Looks great! I am running low on covers though. I'll have to check, but heard that one of the sizes is backordered until August. By the way, is it more affordable to buy on the bay, or on the site itself?
(Or is it the same?)
And is there anything for Big Tins like Back to The Future Trilogy tin, The Pacific tin, Band of Brothers tin, Walter White Breaking Bad tin, ect.??

The only slipcover out of stock is the SC2, the SC3 is almost out we have maybe week of stock left.

Product price is about 10% cheaper on the website and combined postage is also cheaper as your order is charged by weight.

There are no slipcovers available for the tin boxes but I think you can buy wraps for them.

Hi @KingSteelie

If I remember correctly you said that the SC2s were going to be made a little less tight? Is that right?

What Slipcovers do you use, I can't find any that fit my opened and sealed SBs very well. They are always way to big, especially the sealed ones.
Thx!
You can get them off eBay. But the guy I used to get them off dosent do eBay anymore.. He does however have his own website Blu-steels and they are called steel shells. He takes PayPal for payment.

A little bit pricey but the quality of the slipcovers are fantastic in my opinion

Any link to a site, where i can get them mate and do they fit ok?

Sure bud, these are the ones i'm using:

http://www.amazon.de/dp/B00KBSRPC2/?tag=hidefnin0d-21

They do fit perfectly, but when they sit on the full-slips, they cause some creases on the corners of the protective-sleeves.
Sounds like stupid advertising, but you can check out my Avengers-collection post - i got the Nova Full-Slips protected in these sleeves. :)
