Hope I have this in the right place. I'd like to get some hard cases for my more valuable steels. They seem hard to get. A seller on Ebay Germany is selling them, but won't ship to Canada. but was unable to get any. Can anyone help?:(

@KingSteelie Why are there people stating that orders are being cancelled on eBay for larger orders so that Steelbook Central can maximize sales and are low on stock? How is this customer service and why would we want to continue to use your product, if true?

@KingSteelie Is there any info as to when the larger packs of the SC2's will be back in stock? Cannot remember if this was mentioned earlier and did not want to go back and read all previous pages

We are almost out of stock of the SC2, we had 60,000 in december and now only have 1200 left hence why we are restricting orders to small orders so there is more slipcovers available for regular collectors who purchase smaller quantities.

Firstly I would appreciate if you contacted us via email, I don't think a forum is the right place to discuss this kind of information. I take extreme offence to your allegations as customer service has and always will be our main priority. I think many collectors can agree that we give great customer service and that will never change. We have shipped all manufacturing abroad to bring prices down for everyone, so for us to restrict quantities to customers to make more money is just simply nonsense.

You have decided to listen to a disgruntled customer on another forum who we informed yesterday could only order a maximum of 50 and explained the reasons why, he then decided to place multiple orders today on our website and ebay which was 500 SC2 slipcovers in total. We refunded the customer 450, this is just simply unfair for all other collectors who order smaller quantities. The SC2 have sold well above our expectations and as we have to order in container loads the next shipment will be due with us in June. So hopefully you can understand why we have been forced to restrict the selling of large quantities.

I am not listening to anyone. I read a comment as I have been interested in your product as well and wanted your side as what I read is not what I have gotten the impression you are all about. I understand where you are coming from and wanted more input. It was not meant in any way to offend you. I personally feel you have the best product from the feedback I have read on here and have tried others that I am not too fond of. Again, I wanted your response to the allegations and did not have your email info to contact you. I know you are always on here and figured I would get a faster response.

Never did get that video on how to construct the SC2's. I destroyed 15 before I asked a friend to help me with them and show me how to set them up correctly. Unacceptable in my book but now that they are easy to set up I guess it's no longer an issue. I still think that an instructional video should be made for folks buying your products, otherwise your going to eventually get more folks that are unhappy with your products and possibly return them for a refund. Blu-Steels has videos for there products and it only makes sense to do the same for yours. All in all I'm now happy with the SC2's and SC6's.

I understand where your coming from, its just not nice to have to answer allegations on a forum. We try so hard to give a great service and make good products to protect our prized collections  But to hear someone is spreading lies on another forum because we would not sell them a large quantity of slipcovers is crazy

I emailed you about the video and did not get a reply! I wanted to make sure I was sending the video to the right email address. You could of contacted us if you were having problems? We have been selling slipcovers for over 4 years and have hardly had any returns at all. The making of videos for all our slipcovers is something that will be done in the future i think it would help some people as it can be hard to show a product in pictures.

I appreciate the honest answers and the explanation as to what happened.

One last question...is there a reason the SC2 are available on eBay but not on your site? It is cheaper for me to order on your site than on ebay. Looking to get about 50 of the SC2 and 20 of the SCF2 covers.

I did reply asking for the video, I guess you didn't get it but all is moot now since they are working like a charm. Thank you for an awesome product. :)

Hi Everyone,

I have decided to come off of hidefninja, I may be a Director of Steelbook Central but I mainly go on here in my own time as a fellow collector. I seem to be sorting out complaints rather than enjoying the hidefninja experience. If anyone needs any information on new slipcover releases or any other help regarding steelbook protection please contact us at [email protected]

We will also be adding information on our facebook page to keep everyone up to date.

Sorry we were editing the quantities we had in stock, they are available now for you to purchase on our website. If you place an order for the above quantities your order will be sent by DHL as its much cheaper then the post and is an express 2-3 working day service

Does this shipping quote and time frame apply to the US as well?

Mine arrived, along with Dracula Untold (both 100/500) and they both look foooking awesome. Cannot wait to have HG3 and King Kong in hand. Already have SBC SCF1 protective shells ready in anticipation. Cannot wait to see what they do for John Wick, and I'm still hoping they'll release Ex_Machina.
What are the shells you have and where did you get them from?

I'm sorry if this comes off as rude, but I wanna see a pic of these 15 'destroyed' SC2s. It legitimately baffles me that someone could have trouble folding a couple of edges.

Not that I need to prove to you but here you go, I can't show you the rest because as I destroyed them I threw them away.

I evidently had an issue folding. Baffles you huh? I can literally dance circles around most folks when it comes to networking and IT related stuff I'm very good at but keeping these sleeves intact after the steelbook is pushed in was a challenge for me. After pushing the steelbook into the sleeve it would then push the folded flap back out so I kept my hand over the flap and forced the steelbook in and in doing so it bent the plastic making it unusable. It finally took the help of a friend to show me what I was doing wrong so I could keep the 400 that I bought and not trash them all.
