4 HMV's I've been into now to see if they have this in stock and not 1 of them had and when asked about it none of them had any idea what I was talking about, no wonder HMV are going down the drain.

my local HMV has it in stock but i didnt bother aT £28..

Decided to order it from Amazon to use a gift voucher after I saw HMV were taking the p*** selling it for £28 instore but now Amazon taking the Mick, was in stock when I ordered it Tuesday and it's not due to be dispatched till today? WTF? The first time I got a steel from Amazon.de I ordered it late Friday night and it arrived Monday? Why can't Amazon be more consistent from one country to another? Also dont expect the packaging to be as good as Germany either, Avengers came in one of Amazons steelbook cardboard envelopes inside a larger one

I agree, the boxset is up to £35 no as well, I honestly don't know why this has gone up in price, it's a great looking steelbook but no way is it worth £28 in my opinion.

Yeah your right, I for one am not going to be paying that price for it, I'm just waiting to see if it drops in price and if it doesn't then I'll just get the normal version once it's under £10 lol

Thanks, I contacted them last night via live chat as it was supposed to be dispatched yesterday, they were going to check with the fulfilment centre to see what was going on, also asked if they could make sure it was securely packaged as it was a fragile item. Shortly after I recieved two emails from them, first said it had been dispatched and the other to confirm they were going to look into the delay. Coincidence? Soon find out when I see the package. Good job I got my order in before they bumped the price up too

I hope for your sake that they have sent it out in the boxes they were using a short while ago, i have no idea why they have reverted back to those useless card envelopes which are just not up to the job for Steels. I sent this back for a refund and managed to get an order in with Play before they put there price up.
The Steel was that flat i could have sent it back as a letter!

Strange, got home and amongst the many boxes was an Amazon box. Inside were 2 copies of Snow White in the large individual boxes and paper wrapping too. Ironically I received the two recent MoC releases in the horrible old fashioned envelopes. YUK

Got mine eventually today, Amazon packaging was dreadful. Just a cardboard box with no inner protection. Its a miracle it survived the trip with Royal Mail

Probably HMV increased their price because it's run by a bunch of idiots and Amazon just match everyone else so they increased their price too.

Because HMV are a bunch of first class bell enders .... they had the steelie and colectors box set for £17 & £28 last sunday but you could not click n collect for store monday as it was not released.
Went online at 9:15 monday morning to use the click n collect service and find out they had both jumped to £28 & £35 overnight.
WAY TO GO HMV YOU MUPPETS YOU WILL BE BUST SOON
