I have sent zavvi an email last night as both copies of solo haven't arrived and one copy of Force Awakens still hasn't arrived including this morning. Got an email saying I now have to wait 21 days where before it was 14 days. I feel that these are not gonna show as last time this happened it was A New Hope steelbook which never arrived.

This is my first Zavvi steelbook in many years of ordering that as not turned up

I'm still waiting as well. Ordered 2 copies, one for me and my brother, and still not received them. I actually thought it might be just me as this happened with another steelbook a couple of month ago, and it eventually turned up a week and a half later along with a backlog of other mail I'd been waiting on.

Don’t email them, you just get standard response. Contact them on Twitter and they will actually do something
