Zavvi is one of the worst retailers out there concerning customer service. Disgraceful.

I just got a reply that they would not be receiving anymore copies of the Solo Steelbook and they would have to refund me.

Weird. I was told I’d be notified when it shipped. I‘m guessing this means it won’t happen, but I’ll hold out to see what happens. I really cannot figure out how they ****** this up so badly. It’s definitely not a case of a postal screwup. They may screw up a few, but AFAICT, nobody on here received a copy from the original order.

i pre-ordered two copies and only one was delivered on time (about 4 days) so i requested another about two weeks after that since they usually show up the same day or within a day of each other when i order two. they dispatched a replacement and that showed up in a couple days.

I'm still waiting. I've received the rest of the SW set and even The Lighthouse before this. If it's not here by the end of the year, there's little to no chance.
