That was my first thought and they were ugly.

I was looking forward to these, but now I'm not. All these have done is saved me some money. I'm glad I've got the Germany trilogy on order.

But if there is text on the back I will skip.
So ugly. I might still get it because I wanted those in my collection. But I will replace them if something better comes along.

I'm embarrassed to admit it in here - but I quite like it and 2. I'm imagining them to be a bit like the UK Godfather with lovely embossing and stuff

It will save me from blowing loads of money on these releases but still a little gutted...i still wish it could have been great artwork to at least try and tempt me

I will definitley be checking them out when I go and pick up Avengers.

I'm a huge spiderman fan and this would be a big big disappointment if they do look like the picture in the flyer.

The original Spider-Man trilogy deserves a good set of Steelbooks. I'm sorry but these just don't cut it.

Even If the trilogy from GErmany has printed back and not inside art, it will be so much better than this joke! Gready companies!

Maybe the spider and the title will be embossed and the pic will be debossed. And within the pic Spiderman will be embossed......Maybe that would be better??

....and maybe a gloss finish with scratch-proof and dent-proof coating. And also onyx-inlay for the spider and a 24 carat gold layer within the pic to make it shine.....

well damn, all that still wont fix the artwork. Maybe play.com will 1-up Futureshop on this one. Mind-boggling choice for artwork......what we're they thinking letting this artwork pass through
