if you were steelarchive would you cancel EVERYONES order and say 'hey guys a couple of guys orders got cancelled so we gonna do everything again, new reorder time!'

I disagree, I did post that I feel sorry for those who had it cancelled but its one thing having sympathy and another to want to have everyone's orders cancelled.
They are not the same things.

All I'm telling myself right now is "you win some, you lose some". If anything I've gone away with an experience(have PayPal set to the right card by default) I got my money back, things could be worse. This is their first release, they've said sorry, no harm done

Maybe I'm missing something here, but aren't the orders being cancelled the last few that went through the system? I get that the release was oversold, but my understanding was that the first 80 are still standing and it's only the additional 18 they are being refunded? Or is that not true?

Who knows? Lots of us with order numbers less than 80 got cancelled.

Assuming all the orders were for Spring (probably) and no duplicate orders were in between (they mentioned they cancelled a bunch), then maybe you have a point. Hopefully it will be clarified

I don't know why you're assuming the orders for this started at 20,000 - because the chances are they didn't, they've been accepting orders for other things for a while now.

Just speaking in behalf of our fellow ninjas in this forum.I say redo the entire process and start from scratch all over again.Cancel all of the orders and just do it here on HDN via group buy where your spot will be transcribed in proper order and there will be no confusion if you made the cut or not.It is obvious that orders were cancelled incorrectly so why not just cancel all of the orders.Fair is fair.This release was first introduced here and might as well end it here as well.

If that is your idea of fair, then I could benefit a lot from things if I had that frame of mind.

That is not fair at all, coming from someone who bloody missed it because I was drunk last night! Boo hoo me, my fault, my problem.

But for the people who have ordered it and still have it secured, why should they have theirs cancelled? They were in the right place at the right time. That in my opinion is fair. I knew when it was going live and I missed it, so blame myself for that.

But in regards to the people who had ordered and then it was cancelled because of the problem mentioned, they should have first dibs on it. Again I think that's fair.

I hope there is a couple left after its all sorted out, so I can make sure I'm sober and run the Gauntlet to try and get one, most likely won't, someone will beat me to it. Again Fair!
