Honestly, I wouldn't mind. I was never attracted to this because of the 100 print run, I was attracted to it because it's a great movie and nice looking artwork. Only thing, has production already began on the numbering cards? If you raised the print run to 150, would the original number cards still say "xxx/100"? That would be kinda strange.

The number Card don't produced yet.

Yes, thing too.

I ask the publisher today , that i can set the Limit to 150.

What you think about this Ninja's ?
I thing that would be a fair solution for all

This is surely the best solution!

For this to be fair, however, the additional copies should first be offered to those who had their orders cancelled, rather than be put up for sale, which would only lead to a repeat of what happened before.

@StifflersDad Hopefully, a solution to your problem.

I would agree. If there is any increase in the edition size, people who got their orders cancelled should get first crack. In fact, you could just increase the total run by 18 to cover those cancelled orders and be done with it. Of course, you could also go the full 150, which means you'd have 32 extra copies to sell (beyond the cancelled orders and existing orders). And while I'm sure you'd have no trouble selling them, many people will still be mad if they miss on on the next release too. So be careful as you can never please everyone, no matter what.

Just speaking in behalf of our fellow ninjas in this forum.I say redo the entire process and start from scratch all over again.Cancel all of the orders and just do it here on HDN via group buy where your spot will be transcribed in proper order and there will be no confusion if you made the cut or not.It is obvious that orders were cancelled incorrectly so why not just cancel all of the orders.Fair is fair. This release was first introduced here and might as well end it here as well.

Your not thinking clearly, just don't talk. Everyone knows your a re-seller on eBay and you won't even take PayPal, so you shouldn't really even open your mouth.

@urbeenjammin, WTF? I agree with everything @luke98, @Mrhoyt and @swpix7 said. Also, cancelling all orders would set a dangerous precedent. I was there at 8PM and I got one, luck was on my side this time. Next time, it may be you. For the next exclusive, the print run might be 500 copies and we'll all have one (@JackRegan suggested to increase the print run of Spring now in another thread: that would be a sneaky blow, too, no business lauching exclusive products needs to have that kind of reputation of tweaking print runs at will).

SteelArchive is a business, it's not in their interest to allow all stock to go through here. They did us a favor by allowing 10 20 copies (20% of the stock!) to go though HDN group guys, let's not get carried away and ask for 100%. There's a reason they have a website.

Can you imagine other people who aren't on HDN who get their order cancelled out of the blue because "sorry, we're only going to provide copies to members on that forum"?

Yep, @urbeenjammin is definitely not speaking on my behalf ;).

Bravo, bravo!

Yes increasing the run will be good for all.
However I think all current orders should stay as they are and then the 18 who got cancelled should get a chance to order theirs back without having to rush online before they sell out.
Once those 18 are done, rest can go general sale online for everyone else.

This release was offically announced that its Limited to 100 copies. EVERYONE know it's only 100 copies.

I prefer the print run to remain at 100 as promised.

.

Agree 100%.

I think you're past the "fair solution for all" part. Personally I don't mind the increase in print run since it's only 50. But I don't speak for others. There are collectors who collect exclusively for its limitedness. Once you increase the print run, it might become a less sought after release. And to some specific collectors, your company will seem unreliable (Altering the release after being committed).

An alternate solution is to guarantee those who got their orders cancelled (I believe 18 orders?) a spot in your next exclusive? Keep in mind that this solution is ONLY fair to those whose orders got cancelled.

Like someone already mentioned here, you cannot please everyone. Especially in collecting. So choose wisely. :)

You know I thought his username rang a bell, isn't he the one who got 80 copies of the kingsman FA the other week?
It was probably him who placed all those orders that got cancelled that was cancelled at the start of ordering process for this!
