Got the same email. What is going on with Zavvi ??
I didn't cancel the order, they just did it for me.

I got the same cancellation mail without doing anything.

Ordered when this "limited" batch came up the other day aren't the products supposed to be reserved at the moment you place the order.

Zavvi doesn't seem to have any structure worth the name.

Shipping white steels to people who didn't even order them. Shipping orders placed in May before Feb and cancelling orders without explaining and giving some sort of compensation.

Ninja's should for future reference place atleast 2 orders in case one get cancelled of every steelbook.

Quite disappointed in this. It would look great if there weren't so many flaws in the paint. Mine has a couple of missing birds of paint plus a blob on the E in Trek on the front where the paint has been misapplied. Very shoddy work.

Obviously a replacement is out of the question so I have to keep it or try to deal with Zavvi's awful customer services for a refund. I think I'm going to keep it because it isn't worth the effort and time involved with dealing with them.

If this was Amazon it would be going back, which says a lot about how far Zavvi still need to improve.

had no Problems-ordered my Copies on Saturday and they`ve been Dispatched Monday morning.Hope i`ll get the white ones i ordered

My copy arrived this morning. After close scrutiny, the only flaw I see, (as staying sealed) is what looks like a very thin grey horizontal line, going from the centre of the Enterprise, in the spine direction. Only got one copy so can’t compare it to another.

I'm just relived I managed to avoid a spine slash though.

Reported the damage to Zavvi. They offered a full refund if I return or 10% off my next order if I decide to keep. Seems that they have none left over for exchanges.

Ive been told i need to provide photographic evidence of the damage on mine! Are you kidding me Zavvi?!!

Well my order arrived today.. But the box was open and empty Emailed them just now but I'm not hopeful of getting a replacement with all the other troubles going on..

They took the payment on the 8th when they sent the dispatched email but I still don't have the steelbook

I don't mean to rain on anyone's parade. But am I the only one thst doesn't think this Steelbook is all that? I ordered both of Zavvi's exclusives fully expecting this to be my favourite. But already I prefer the 'Black' version and I don't even have it in hand yet!

I find the artwork on this boring. You can barely make out the Enterprise on the front (looks like a black smudge!) and the back artwork is pretty much non existant and bare. Was really looking forward to this but it just feels like a bit of a damp squib!

I've already put this up for trade and I'll be keeping the 'Black' one
