Up for pre-order, I guess this time they won't send the steelbooks like they did previously. Also, I just want to say. I thought it was a nice compensation to get a full refund if you got a broken steelbook and got to keep that one. But if you're going to get a replacement for free. That to me seems unethical. You get to keep one damaged steelbook for free, OK. But then you get a completely new one for free too? LOL. Germans are too nice...

I doubt many got a refund, and I assume if they did they wouldn't be entitled to a replacement case. I declined the offer I got for a 6 Euro or complete refund because they told me they were working on a replacement, and I preferred to get a new steelbook.

I also declined the refund, I would rather have a new mint steelbook then 8 EUR

I returned mine for a full refund even though it was OOS not knowing if any more were going to be made. Just got my refund yesterday and we are allowed to receive a free replacement at no additional cost which worked out for me!

I got a full refund as shipping costs back to Amazon.de were too high and they told me to keep the steelbook. Already signed up for a replacement and emailed Paramount and they confirmed they will be sending replcements out even to those who got refunds as all they required was a valid Amazon.de order number.

Not necessary. All you need to do is provide a valid order number and fill out the form and your all set. You won't receive a confirmation email either which I hate about some of those online forms. So if I were you, I would make double sure you enter all the information correctly and proof read it before you submit it.

I still have it, I opted for the 20% reimbursement and to keep the defective steelbook. Yeah I'll be keeping the new one sealed. What did you do with your dented copy?

I returned it for a refund. At the time I did not know if there were going to be any replacements but that dent peed me off a lot so it was quite a big decision. I didn't get any compensation but I later managed to haggle 10 euros goodwill gesture off for my next order.

Now these are very limited due to the error, not sure to leave mine sealed or not.

Any idea if your still going to get a replacement since you already returned yours? You did fill out the form for a replacement didn't you or did you just place a new order with Amazon?

I returned my faulty copy to amazon.de and received a full refund so I will not receive a replacement for that one. I filled out the form for the free replacement so hopefully wont be long until we get a new mint one.

Yes I returned my damaged one and opted for a refund. I was refunded. Later I received an email to say that I am entitled to a replacement copy by submitting my order number on an online form website they provide you in an email for damaged replacements.

I done that and hopefully I be entitled to a free replacement copy. Have I done something wrong?

I only got 20% of what I paid for it back and I kept the steelbook. I was sent an email telling me that if I wanted to, I can fill a form out and get a free replacement due to the pin damaging the steelbook.
