There is some irony here that some of these exist already and people do buy them - looking at the first in an Ad Astra kinda way...

It Titans of Cult had Disney contracts, then the 5th one would certainly have a Mad Max (ToC#3) spin to it.. Also the amazing use of the blank back is back in fashion for a few of these...

We all know these would look better in hand than the mockups. I personally like em, I would not necessarily part with my own money.

These are f**king genius. Especially the studio ghibli and the Kubrick ones but I won’t lie, I’ve kinda wanted the Olly Moss art (the last one) on steels for all the films

The Kubrick one should have a giant zoomed in metallic looking shot of the film though instead of a quote

Did I miss the part in their lightsaber battle at the end of part III when, after Anakin loses his legs, he said
"please give my lightsaber to my unborn son" ?

And the sheer effort it took to make this joke made me very happy!

And even the ones that are hilariously designed like the “Hulk comic art”, the “Shining” and “Toy Story” that are completely unbefitting of the film... are BETTER than the horrendous official steels that came out a few years ago.

But the Olly Moss and Ghibli ones I would actually buy. xD

nicely done, great collection , of designs i have mainly hated (excepting the Ghiblis). i'd say don't give them ideas, but as these are all riffs on existing 'artworks,' i am sure these are lined up by Disney execs for release at some point, too.

I’m not RC yet still got an email inviting me to order it early. This was also still in stock a couple hours later so... I personally don’t think RC is worthwhile. But saying that, I’m not a very prolific customer, I only order the odd WWA steel from Zavvi.

Why don't you just contact Zavvi about that?
I know, I know, their Customer Service is .... but still, you might get an answer from them.

For example, my order with JAWS + T-Shirt, appears now as "dispatched", when is obvious that just the T-Shirt was dispatched, and I contacted them, and they said to "just ignore the mistake in their system" and to rest assured I will receive the SteelBook too when will be released.

So, I guess there's no fault in just asking!

Can’t see there being an issue here, I ordered the recent Guardians of the Galaxy 4K steelbook when that went live & it stayed as “order placed” from preorder right up till it dispatched. I thought it unusual at first but just ignored it & all was fine.
