Just seen all the negative reviews for this steel on zavvi - wowzers. Well said ninja's. Now vote with your wallets, cancel and join a group-buy :)
Personally, I'm avoiding steel altogether and going digipack. Just fancied a change.

Laughably someone has posted this 'review' on the zavvi sales page:

I have a huge steelbook collection and I can confirm that the majority of them do not have titled artwork. Oh and for those of you moaning about it not even matching the other six - steelbooks are a unique design. They always have been so why does it need to match?

By 'huge' steelbook collection does he mean about ten?

I have An immense collection of steel books and total number I have without titles is about 6, and that's only because they were popular films (eg: Thor or Inside Out') that I had to have and there was no titled alternative.

I'd love a full list of this 'majority' of titleless steel books, if for anything just so I can avoid this steelbook tsunami of poor quality films without a title!!

I have over 400 steel books and total number I have without titles is about 6, and that's only because they were popular films (eg: Thor or Inside Out') that I had to have and there was no titled alternative.

The person has probably included title less front art too. Wouldn't surprise me.
It's probably one of the idiots who works for zavvi trying to save it

Disney will not sell a lot of SW7 steelbook in Europe ! lol But America / Canada will be out of stock !
It will still sell in Europe as it's available from lot of retailers across europe that's a lot of customers who will purchase local in their country and some customers don't import from other countries as in they only purchase local
It's star wars all products related to Star Wars sells

Yes if the European release of the steelbook had of had a title on the spine and on the front it would sell more quicker and be liked more but it will still sell as it is even if a lot don't like it not got a title on the spine
Look at the Marvel and other Disney Steelbook that had just pictures on the spine they still sold well and some are fecting mad prices

You can be sure there will be more star wars force awakens steelbooks releases announced towards end of this year and next year and a few a retailer exclusives and some will be different artwork
You will most likely see a 3D release steelbook when disney give the go ahead for the 3D Blu-ray release

Disney always re-release their Blu-ray/DVD multiple times and that will also apply to Star Wars

I have myself this steelbook on order with Zavvi and I'm keeping my order
I also have joined the group buy for the Best Buy Steelbook and the Target Digipack Exclusive
UK Slipcover the Dark Side

As a collector I will have on Blu-ray Star Wars Force Awakens
2 Steelbook versions (UK Zavvi/US Best Buy)
1 Digipack Exclusive (Target)
UK Dark Side Slipcover

There will be others who will purchase lot more versions of this film than me
Star Wars Sells

I will also when released get the 3D version and most likely that will be a steelbook

It's good as collectors we have choice and can import a release from another country if give us choice but some people purchase only the local release that comes out in their country

All the different versions of Star Wars force Awakens will sell simply because it's star wars

I didn't mean because of that. You can buy whatever you want.

I meant the repeat thing but I'm only messing around with you (you do repeat a lot though lol but you know that )
