Got mine the other day and I have to say I don't agree with some people saying the finish is dull. Sure, it's not as vibrant as the marketing picture, but when I opened mine I wasn't disappointed in the colouring.

^^ agree. even without gloss i think this is the best Stargate steelbook. NA version is gloss, but the front art is just plain poor imo, along with no inside art.

The real complaint 4 this zavvi one remains the premium pricing for a non premium steelbook

nah man, they jacked up the price cuz its "ultra limited"

..problem is zavvi fail to add any ultra limited significance to the finished product, like a numbered slipcover, or even a basic sticker saying "limited to 2,000 copies" like what Entertainment Store do.

....all in all it makes the premium paid a rather obvious Con imo :movie:

also remember that if this was a normal 4k run u cld easily of got this for <£10 (unless the steelbook was premium with gloss/embossing/booklet ect where it wld sell much faster and retain a £15< type of pricing b4 going oss)

Unless it is a brand new Ultimate Edition in addition to the existing Ultimate Edition, then no it is not a new disc.

As it happens, Fopp are currently selling the amaray of the Ultimate Edition for £3 with any purchase...
