That would be interesting if the Disney Store started carrying high end stuff. They do offer quite a few pricey SW Disney collectibles during SW Weekends that are a couple or few hundred bucks each.

Just kidding. I'm really diggin' those new Snowtroopers.

I thought he was going to be the bad guy when he was cast, but when we saw the first trailer with the baddie wearing a mask I have to admit my mind was flying all over the place guessing how many old characters that could have been from ROTJ that could have been behind that mask, I even was thinking of one who might have turned bad. But I'm sure Driver playing Kylo Ren was spoiled all over the internet long before the pic was released, but I'm still trying to dodge spoilers unless they are released via magazine, TV, trailer, or the official SW site. But I have a feeling we have reached a point in time where spoilers will be everywhere, even where you aren't looking for them.

But as far as SW merch releases go, its been a pretty lame May the 4th this year. The sixth scale R5-D4 from SS went up for order, but thats really it. No new teases or anything from anyone.

Yeah, different types with different armors and weapons. From what I remember it seemed like certain stormtroopers were going to serve a much bigger purpose in the movie other than just being countless indespencible bad guys. Oh man, I can't wait to see the Vader LSF. I'm sure pricing will be even more ridiculous than usual, but hopefully they up the QC on it. I've seen a lot of people complaining about the Iron Man LSF's paintjob, Maul LSF's electronics, and not to mention that bull they pulled switching up Kenobi's flesh paint.

I'll probably spend (or try to limit to) about a hundred bucks or so on the cheap in store stuff for VII. Might get a couple 12 inch figs, a handful of 3 3/4" figs, and maybe a Lego vehicle or something random. Who knows how long it will be until any decent company releases something really nice. My bet is that Hot Toys will be the ones out of the gate first, being able to deliver something to its customers sooner than SS, or GG, or EFX etc. It would be cool if XM or Prime 1 could get in the Star Wars collectibles game too. But then again once I see the VII merch in the store my inner fanboy child might come out and I might buy every figure I see in sight, drop a grand and say screw waiting on high end stuff LOL.

I've been looking at the 1:6 Kenobi too and I think he looks so freaking great, but I'm not too thrilled about the sculpt on their Han. I can see Harrison in it sorta, but its not up to the usual HT standard. They also put up a Batman Returns Keaton 2 pack up for order with an unmasked Keaton portrait and I honestly think it looks pretty terrible, as does 90% of the forums. Definitely doesn't look as good as it should for a $345 set. I really wanted to jump into HT for some SW stuff but I'm not so sure I want to right now after seeing a slide in their usual dead-on likenesses.

I am seriously thinking the SW 1:1 bust, LSB, and Dio lines are completely dead. I know we've talked about that before but I really think its happening. I think SS now has so many licenses they just can't keep up with everything anymore. Their 1:6 and PF lines are their bread and butter.

Today the Arkham Batman PF went up for order and I'm actually going to pass on it. I've already got 2 Batman PFs and one of them is already black and grey and I don't need to drop $470 on another black and grey one. The price point for the Arkham PFs is ridiculous. I'm actually happy passing because now I can just hold onto my planned spending cash from that until SDCC and see what else comes up for order. I'm hoping we see some SW HT TFA designs also, I mean the release date of 9/4 didn't say anything couldn't be previewed before hand I don't think. I would even think they could put it up for order right away as long as it doesn't come out before then.

I remember Talon's wooden saber hilt last year from EFX. But I doubt they will make that one.They do have a tendency to show stuff and then let it get buried under other ideas and then it never comes out. Sideshow and HT both do this too which pisses me off LOL.

I hope SS gets the TFA license sooner or later. But maybe LFL will realize SS's QC has really been slipping and give the rights to HT alone. I kinda think it wouldn't be a bad thing if SS would lose one of the big 3 licenses because it seems like its just too much for them to handle, and SS is really lacking in the SW PF department. They are sure cranking out the DC and Marvel ones, but they are seriously slacking on SW ones. I just checked their website and they have 18 Marvel PFs and 18 DC PFs that are either up for order or eligible for waitlist, and only 6 SW PFs up for order or waitlist.

I think she is playing that CGI character that hands over Luke's saber in the new teaser. You can catch a glimpse of the character in the trailer just as that scene comes up. Could be wrong though. Yeah, no idea on Serkis though.

I'm all for 1/3 scale. And, I'm willing to pay XM prices if it means better QC, better CS, and more product. So, I guess GG is going the way of Attakus then?

LOL! Yeah, I'm the same way. Balls to the wall! Yeah, I do play sports. Nothing organized really just whatever people put together. Around this time I start adding outdoor Crossfit and Volleyball for fun. I don't think I'm going to diet this summer though. Last summer I was 174. Now I'm 193, and just loving the strength gains too much!

I should have known you hadn't tried it. If you had, you would have told me how could something so simple taste so good! LOL! I just had it a couple nights ago but with broccoli instead of asparagus. So good!

BTW, how do you like the likeness on your Han Hoth figure? I haven't seen in hand pics yet.
