So I made it out to Emerald City Comic Con this weekend (sorry I didn't let you know I was heading your way Lou, kind of last minute). I met Anthony Daniels today, he was not impressed when I told him Return of the Jedi is my favorite Star Wars film, ha. He was really cool with everyone in line, kept coming out from behind his table to interact.

Also had Michael Stackpole sign a copy of I, Jedi for me. That's about it Star Wars wise. Saw the advertisement for the EMP exhibit, kinda want to go but probably won't have time.

I also don't remember Seattle being this insane traffic wise, yeesh!

I think you're right, sadly. However, I think that if any company would make a 1/4 JJB figure, they'd be it! I know SS has said they won't touch the character, but man, I'd live an LSB or dio with him.

Thats a possibility if HT makes a lot of stuff in 1/4. I hope they do. But if not I think they will at least get to him in 1/6 since they seem to be such completists. I can't even count how many Iron Man suits they've made from Iron Man 3 so far. Its so funny because every thread I go in about a fig that was announced years ago and hasn't come out yet, all the people get outraged when HT cranks out yet another Iron Man fig out of nowhere.

Yeah, it just puts a big smile on my face everytime I see it.

Now that you mention it, I do remember alot of emails about new IM HT figures from IM3. That's cool though! Especially if you're interested in getting all the different designs since there were so many. If I were an IM collector, that would be a dream come true! It's too bad we can't get that with Galen Marek, LOL! I know, I know, it isn't canon anymore, but damn! Ya know? I hope they can do something like that with Padme/ Queen Amidala. All those outfits and especially the her gowns when she was queen. I really want a JJB figure though before it just gets so buried under new characters from the new movies.

Didn't know of this forum, so would love to be a part. Wanted you all to see my Ray Park autograph that I just got signed a few weeks ago at a Wizard world. He was gracious and we spoke for about 20 mins. He looks like he did 20 years ago as the Sith Lord and now doing G.I. Joe 3 as Snakeyes. Enjoy!

He was gracious and we spoke for about 20 mins. He looks like he did 20 years ago as the Sith Lord and now doing G.I. Joe 3 as Snakeyes. Enjoy!

Yeah traffic was wild. I usually visit Denver when I go to big cities and it's not as crazy!

Sith Lord, I will hold you to that promise! LOL! I think Ray Park was THE first person who really initiated the art of body expression as the Sith and now with Snake Eyes again in the 3rd. G.I. Joe. And now all the action movies are using parkour, and numerous versions of fight dances. I have a friend who is just great in parkour; it amazes me! I'd love to get the HT Snake Eyes figure because he acts through the expression of movement, but the cost has increased that many of us are cutting back. I do have the all the HT Avengers figures and ordered Guardians of the Galaxy. If I started on Star Wars figures, I wouldn't want to stop, so I enjoy the variety of SW items that I do have. Yeah, traffic up there is the worst with some of the worst bottlenecks in the country. I used to work in the city, and getting out of there at 5 was a frikkin' nightmare!

I think he has abandoned that for the Nihilus statue. I wish someone, just one company, had the license to work on Legend stuff. Kinda like Sideshows McQ line, you know? Not canon, but still cool designs brought to us in statue form.

Amidala is totally a missed opportunity. So many designs especially the gowns. I wonder though if SS is worried about how QC would be for those. Maybe it is just out of their league.

Man, that blows. I just wish someone would step up and give Starkiller some justice. There could be hope in the Legends line though. If enough fans continue to throw a sh*tfit about getting rid of the old EU I'm sure LFL will realize there is still plenty of money to be had in it.

SS can do so well on stuff when they put their mind to it. When I get one of their flawless pieces, or at least close to flawless, it instantly reminds me of what they are capable of. But when I get something thats not, I just get so upset at the prices we are paying.

That's not a bad idea then. I have Gamora and the Rocket/Groot 2-pack on order as well. Loved that movie so much. Went to a laser show this weekend set to the Guardians of the Galaxy soundtrack! What 2 PFs are you getting?

Dude that sounds like fun. I'm just adding to the Batman PF collection that I started, I've got Catwoman coming towards the end of Arpil, then I've got Batgirl left to flex and I'll get her whenever she ships in Summer hopefully. I'm planning on getting a total between 12-15 Batverse comic PFs as they make them. After Batgirl ships I'm either going to jump back into SW stuff or I might jump into something from HT, maybe something from Marvel since I don't have any high end stuff from them yet. I could also see myself possibly getting the MOS HT and the General Zod HT. The prices are pretty good on those right now.

They know there is money to be made there otherwise SS wouldn't be working on the McQ line, not to mention how well Talon, Malgus, and the whole Mythos line was received. There needs to be a company who wants to take that on because I think with the new movies, and all the new characters, that is the only way we'll get'em.
